This privacy policy (“this Policy”) applies to your use of, our online and mobile platform that helps to connect Shippers and Carriers for the shipment of local freight and cargo at/through our website www.abangmove.com and/or mobile application (collectively and individually, “the Site”) and other online and offline services available thereon (collectively, “theService”).

The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “the Company” refer to DAQ Global Sdn. Bhd. The term “you” or “your” refers to each user who accesses and uses the Service.

This Policy explains how personal data is collected, processed, used and disclosed by us, in relation to your access and use of the Service which are provided through the Site. By accessing and/or using the Service, you agree and consent to us collecting, processing, using and disclosing your personal information in the manner set out below. A. Personal Information
  1. In order to access or use the Service, you are required to register an account with us at the Site where we collect information about you and such personal information includes your name, company name, email address, postal address, phone number (including your mobile phone number).
  2. In the case of carriers, we collect further information from you, including but not limited to your company details such as registration number, address details, contact details), the drivers’ details such as name, email address, phone number driving license number, identity card numberand vehicle details such as brand, license plate and vehicle specifications.
B. Usage Information

We may use technologies that collect, process and store certain data about the use of the Service on an aggregate and/or anonymous basis. This information may be non-identifying or may be associated with you. Any such information associated with your personal information will be treated as personal information.

C. URL & IP Address

The Company and/or any other authorized third parties with whom we have contracted may collect your Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) which indicates to us the website you visited prior and after visiting the Site, the type of browser you used and your Internet Protocol Address (“IP Address”).

  5. for purposes disclosed at the time you provide your information or as otherwise set forth in this Policy;

3. Disclosure or Sharing of Information

    2. Third party carriers provide services through the Site, and third party shippers receive services through the Site. We may provide these carriers and shippers with access to user information, and your personal information, only as necessary to carry out or receive the services being provided (namely address details, contact details, driver details, vehicle details, location details and image content). These parties are bound by privacy restrictions at least as restrictive as those set forth in this Policy.
    3. Third party service providers work on website or application development, hosting, maintenance, and other services for us. These third parties may have access to and/or process your personal information, in connection with providing these services. Such third party providers agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information.
    4. We may share non-personally identifiable information, such as aggregated user statistics and log data, with third parties for business purposes.
    5. We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and privateparties to enforce and comply with the law. Thus, we may access, use, preserve, transfer and disclose your personal information, if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable laws in response to a court order, judicial or other government subpoena or warrant, or to otherwise cooperate with law enforcement or other governmental agencies, or to protect the safety, rights and property of the Company, the Services or any third party. 4. Right of Opt-Out, Removal and Correction

  1. In respect of this Policy, you have the option to share certain personal information with us or not at the expense in which we may or may not be able to provide you some of the features and functionality of the Service.
